Are you a candidate? YES!! Women and men of any age that are concerned about issues with urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, some types of sexual dysfunction and pelvic pain NOW or in the future are candidates. There are very few contraindications. Contraindications include but are not limited to pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemakers, metal implants, metal prosthetics, active cancer, neurological or muscular disorders, and electronic devices in or near the treatment area.

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS
6 sessions are typically scheduled 2x a week, if possible, depending on your specific treatment plan. Each session usually lasts 25 to 30 minutes. You will sit upright on the chair. Plan to wear thin, lightweight, comfortable pants. Bring a book to read (not a Kindle) as any electronics (including iPhones) may interfere with the electromagnetic waves. After completing the initial series of sessions, should have periodic maintenance sessions. Optimal would be once a month or quarterly depending on individual goals and progress. Like any exercise program muscles will benefit from continued strengthening.
